About Spec Ops
As one of the many secretive branches of the government's operations, Spec Ops was founded in 1999 to deal with all the reports on file which were previously deemed 'too kooky' to investigate. It is important to note that Speculative Operations only covers 'Cold Case'-type reports (such as a man reporting that his cow was abducted by aliens twelve years ago) and any new disturbances are to be passed on to Alert Ops. The current head of Spec Ops is Dank Malady.
